Portrait of an Achiever- Archana Sudhir

In her own words:

Hello,

I’m Archana Sudhir, an ICF-certified Youth Foundation Coach and Mental Fitness Facilitator. I have been into life coaching for over 3.5 years now. I have interacted with more than 700 students from various educational institutions across the country.

I work with young adults between 18 and 24 years old, helping them find clarity in life and career, build confidence, and handle challenges with resilience. My work is based on Positive Intelligence® (PQ), a science-backed approach that combines the latest research in neuroscience, cognitive behavioral psychology, positive psychology and performance science. PQ is being used by organizations like Google, Microsoft, and Stanford University to bring out the best in people—and I bring the same framework to young adults.

My own journey into coaching started during the pandemic. At that time, I experienced the power of coaching myself, and it changed the way I looked at life. That inspired me to get trained and become an ICF-certified coach.

Before this, I spent 18 years in the technology industry and sales, working across India, the UK, and the US. Those years taught me adaptability, empathy, and the value of connecting with people from different cultures. Over time, I realized that what truly excited me was helping people grow, and that’s when I shifted my focus to education and coaching.

I offer two programs for young adults:

  • 7-Week PQ Program – This helps you build mental fitness. We often wonder why new learning or training fade after a few months—it’s because insight alone is only 20% of the real work. Lasting change comes from rewiring the brain, and that’s what PQ focuses on. Over seven weeks, you learn how to improve relationships, well-being, and performance while using the PQ app and guided coaching with me.

  • GetMeClarity (12 Weeks) – This is a step deeper. It includes the PQ program plus five weeks of personalized coaching with me, where we focus on your specific life and career goals.

I’ve been fortunate to share this work through talks and workshops at colleges like Rajagiri College of Business Studies, Kochi, and SJIM, Bangalore. I’ve seen firsthand how young adults light up when they realize they can turn stress and self-doubt into clarity and confidence.

Outside of coaching, I love singing, exploring new places, and meeting people—things that keep me curious and joyful.

If you’re a young adult getting ready for the next chapter of your life, I’d love to be part of your journey as you move towards your goals, ensuring holistic growth in terms of peak performance, relationships and wellbeing.

New venture by Sree S Vittal Rao

About S L Bhairappa , kannada writer

Painting  and article by K V Jayaram

I am paying my humble tribute to the legendary writer- Dr. S.L. Bhyrappa by making the above portrait.  Despite  tragedies, poverty, ill treatment by his Uncle  etc., he decided to chart out his own path in life, pursued higher education including a Phd and started writing novels at a very young age. He may not be the greatest writer in Kannada, but he is the most popular writer.  The awards he won may be forgotten but his books will be read for a long time to come.  He had small eyes but those eyes were penetrating the corners of the world as well as the space ( yaana). He did extensive reading and research before writing his books.

May his soul rest in peace.
